Whether you’re sipping something local, shopping Georgia Grown goodies or just enjoying the breeze, you’ll feel right at home on The Porch.
The Porch on Main is a tourism product development project led by the Lake Lanier Convention & Visitors Bureau, also known as Discover Lake Lanier. This project combines visitor services, small local businesses, community engagement and Georgia Grown/Georgia Made products for a fun, interactive and truly Southern experience.

Step inside and discover the heart of Flowery Branch, a cozy mix of local flavor, friendly faces and Georgia-made goodness. Each business at The Porch on Main brings its own charm, creating a place that feels like home no matter what you’re craving. Meet the passionate entrepreneurs who have partnered with Discover Lake Lanier to bring The Porch to life:
A specialty food and gift store filled with souvenirs, clothing, home décor and handmade items all focused on Georgia Grown and Georgia Made products. Locals can pick up daily necessities including bread, milk, eggs and other staples.
A wine tasting room and wine bar highlighting Georgia wines with plans to expand to selections from around the world. Their market also offers specialty foods and snacks to pair with your pour.
Famous for their caramel apples with endless topping and flavor options, this regional favorite is opening its first storefront. Sweet treats like soft-serve ice cream, cheesecake strawberries and other confections will also tempt your taste buds.
Prime + Provisions
A butcher shop offering prime cut steaks and chops plus homemade gourmet sauces, spreads and spices. Plus, don’t miss their ready-to-bake dinners for a delicious meal made easy.
La Casita Ice Cream
Serving the fresh traditional flavors of Mexico with creamy ice creams and fruity paletas, or popsicles. Stop by for a sweet treat and enjoy it in the park-like setting or on one of our furnished patios.
